About Justin

Justin Miller is the founder of Healthcare Marketing by Velocity and of Velocity Revenue Partners LLC, which he started in 2025 and through which he serves as a fractional CMO for medical practices, provider networks and health technology companies. He brings more than a decade of hands on experience in growth marketing and digital business development, on both the agency and client side.

Before Velocity, Justin founded GoLive Tampa Bay in 2019, where he now serves on the advisory team.
