The opportunity

Medical aesthetics is a crowded category, and patients compare options carefully. Synergy Health had a real advantage to build on: physician ownership and a clinical approach to aesthetics and wellness. Its two locations also had different emphases, aesthetics in Trinity and health optimization and longevity in Ocala, which called for one brand that could hold both clearly.

Strategy

  1. Same provider continuity

Patients see the same provider over time, a promise that builds trust and sets the practice apart.

  2. Bloodwork before treatment

A clinical first approach that reflects physician leadership and supports safe, personalized care.

  3. Transparent written pricing

Clear pricing that removes a common source of hesitation for aesthetics patients.

  4. One system, four service lines

Aesthetics, medical weight loss, wellness and regenerative medicine presented as one connected system.

Execution

We developed the brand identity and positioning, then designed and built a website that introduces both locations and all four service lines under one experience. Each location’s emphasis is clear without splitting the brand in two.

Lessons for other practices

In aesthetics, the strongest positioning usually comes from how care is delivered, not from a list of treatments. Promises patients can verify, such as continuity of provider and written pricing, give a new practice credibility from day one.

Methodology and disclosure

No performance results are published yet; this page will be updated with verified figures and time periods. Justin Miller leads marketing for Synergy Health, so this is a working relationship rather than an arm’s length engagement.
